WHY PEOPLE COME ALONG

Common reasons people book a seat

A stiff back that has been hanging around for weeks or months rather than settling on its own.
Hikes, golf and gardening quietly dropped because it seems easier than paying for it the next day.
A preference for movement based approaches over weeks of sitting still and waiting.
A few things tried already, and still no clear picture of what is actually going on.
A plan to stay active well into the 60s and 70s, with a sense that things are heading the other way.
Curiosity about options that are not injections or surgery.

WHY LISTEN TO ROB

Rob Blomquist

Founder, Realize Physical Therapy · Sandpoint

Rob created the Neural Fascial Systems approach, a way of looking at the whole body through the fascia rather than one area at a time. It is why the conversation here often goes differently to what people have come across elsewhere.

Years spent helping Sandpoint locals move and feel better
Many locals have already been along, so a familiar face is likely
Education first, with no pressure to book anything

Robert is an incredibly professional and gifted practitioner. He instructed me in ways that others did not, providing the specific guidance I needed. It feels good to feel good again.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions, answered

Can a friend come along?

Yes, and that is encouraged. Just mention it when a member of the team calls to confirm the booking and they will be added to the list.

Is it really free?

Completely free. No card, no catch. Rob runs these evenings as a way of giving something useful back to the local community.

What should attendees wear or bring?

Whatever is comfortable is perfect. Questions are very welcome, and something to make notes with is handy.

Where is the parking?

Parking is available directly outside the clinic or in the nearby car park, so getting in is straightforward.

What if something comes up on the night?

A quick call to (208) 610-7134 is all it takes, and the seat can go to someone else on the waiting list.
